Weeks 1 to 12 - First Trimesters
During this first week of pregnancy you have to eat small amount of food during the day, also food substance like ginger tea, soup are good to be taken. It is very good you prepare your meals ahead of time this is because when you feel hungry you can easily reach out for the meal just warm it a little then eat, food that you know will make you vomit should not be taken this period of time try by all means to avoid them.

Weeks 13 to 24 - Second Trimester
This second stage is more comfortable than the first trimester, since all forms of vomiting and nausea sign must have disappeared, at this stage you will really like to eat more food and there is always the craving for food. But make sure the foods you eat during this time are food rich in protein, vitamins and minerals. Here are some of the eating runtime you must imbibe to:

Weeks 25 to 36 - Third Trimesters
In this third and last stage of pregnancy, you will always feel very tired, at this time you need much rest since the baby has gotten to it full developmental stage, also as a result of the tiredness you will find cooking a hard task but you still have to stick to the eating runtime in the second trimester. You have to prepare much food that will take you through the day since you always get tired make a verities of them and store them when you are hungry you get them from the fridge warm and eat , drink plenty of what and eat food that contain lots of protein.
