Pregnancy trimester this the duration which it takes for a
baby to be fully developed into a full human being, it thus takes a period of 40 weeks for the baby to develop
this is divided into three months thus making it 3 different stages which is
known as the
First Trimester Pregnancy, Second Trimester Pregnancy and
the third trimester pregnancy, these three stages will be discussed extensively
here in this article.
1. First Trimester Pregnancy
This time starts to count right from the time the woman experiences
her monthly cycle or the time she noticed that she is pregnant up to about 14
weeks is known as the first trimester pregnancy. There will be lots of physical
changes emerging from the woman; this includes early morning sickness,
vomiting, feeling dizzy, constant urination at this time the best exercise for
the woman is walking around.
Also for the baby in the mother womb, the formation of the
five sense organ starts to form as well as the digestive system and the heart
start beating at this stage.
- Second Trimester Pregnancy
This stage starts from the fourth month, all form and signs
of morning sickness disappear, the woman now regain more energy at this period but
there will be lot of discharge during this period due to changes in her body hormone,
also contraction of the uterus will also occur during this period which many
women term as false labor, at this time she may experience pains in her back as
well as swollen feet’s, stretch marks showing up in her abdominal part of her
body, hence the best exercise for her is
the kegel and yogic exercise
While the baby at this stage the heart development is
completed, he starts to grow toenail and finger nails, the muscles starts
developing thus the baby start moving hence the mother will feel the movement
of the baby in her womb. Also the baby’s hair starts coming out with little
growth in the eyelash and eyebrow.
- Third Trimester Pregnancy
This is the last stage for the pregnancy which is usually
from the 28th week up to the 40th week, at this stage the
mother to be will now tired as a result of the growth of the baby in the womb
also there is the anxiety from the mother for the arrival of the new baby
At this stage the baby in the mother’s womb is fully formed
ready to the delivered, all of the sensory organs and the digestive system are
fully developed.
